FCC Firehouse Rentals

It began in February of 2004 as a vision for a youth and community outreach center. On October of the same year, we broke ground for the renovation of the “Old Firehouse.”

After 2 1/2 years, the renovations were completed. 

The FCC Firehouse is used for youth, church and community events. It is ideal for many activities such as: bridal and baby showers, birthday parties, family reunions and even company meetings. It consists of the Bay Area (a large multi-purpose room), a well-equipped kitchen, and the Fireside Room (smaller general purpose area). 

The FCC Firehouse is available for individual or group rentals depending on availability. For more information look at the document listed below or give us a call at 765-473-3105. 

Starting on October 11, 2021, there will be a processing fee for any credit/debit card transactions.

Please Note: Starting on September 1, 2022, our updated polices and guidelines go into effect. The following updates are as follows:

Hours: Firehouse rental hours will be from 8:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m. On Sundays rental hours are 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm. All rental times are a first come first serve basis.

A $100 damage deposit is required. The deposit is fully refundable under these conditions: (1) No damages are found after rental period by a Firehouse Facility Staff member. (2) A $25 cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit, if any debris clean up (trash, tables & chairs, tape/tack/nail removal, etc.) is done by the staff member. (3) Any damages that are more than $100, you will be required to replace item. Failure to replace item will prohibit renter from renting the FCC Firehouse in the future.

There is absolutely no tobacco (vaping, cigarettes, cigars, pipes, chewing tobacco), alcohol, drugs, or profanity use on the Firehouse property at any time.

No partisan political events (i.e. campaigning) will be scheduled.

Use of Kitchen: Use of the kitchen requires instruction of its proper operation and cleaning. If the use of the kitchen (stove/oven, warming oven & coffee makers) is desired, the user(s) must meet with the church appointed “Kitchen Coordinator” for training and assistance in the use of the kitchen facility. An additional $10 an hour fee for a Firehouse Staff member to be present during the use of specified equipment listed above.

Dishwasher will only be used by Firehouse Staff.

Catering is only for Firehouse events. If the catering job is for another location, the caterer may not use the Firehouse kitchen. If a caterer has used the kitchen on a regular basis, they will be able to use the kitchen without a kitchen attendant. This is at the discretion of First Christian Church. A fee of $60 plus $10 per hour (to pay kitchen attendant) will be assessed for the use of the kitchen facilities for the purpose of catering only. This includes the use of the kitchen equipment. The Caterer is responsible for payment of this fee.

We, First Christian Church, have the right to modify or cancel your reservation at any time if First Christian Church needs to use the Firehouse. We try our best to work around dates that have already been reserved, but sometimes things are out of our control.
